HOLE 10 PAR4 INDEX12

Added length has toughened up this hole but as the generous fairway plays downhill, good tee-shots are often rewarded with just a short iron or wedge shot to the green. Troubles may come from the smallish, slightly elevated green, which even without bunkers demand a high level of precision for any chance to prosper.

HOLE 11 PAR4 INDEX10

The tee-shot should be aimed to the left side of the fairway for a better approach to the small but receptive green, which is guarded by three sandy traps.

HOLE 12 PAR3 INDEX14

h12

Picture perfect signature hole that requires a water carry depending on pin placement. A draw is a preferable, safer shot to the green. For the weak hitters, a lay-up fairway is provided on the right hand side of the lake guarding the green.

HOLE 13 PAR4 INDEX4

Relatively short but not as easy as it seems. The fairway and adjacent roughs are severely contoured offering no respite even to a perfectly played tee-shot as golfers can expect uneven lies for their approach shot to the rather small elevated green.

HOLE 14 PAR5 INDEX8

h12

At 493 metres, this par-five is not easily reached in two. Three good shots are needed to navigate your way to the green protected by two bunkers on either flank. The key for the average player is to avoid the fairway trap with the second shot in order to set up the best angle for the approach to the green.

HOLE 15 PAR4 INDEX2

h12

This slight dogleg right hole is considerably long but as it plays downhill, good golfers are often enticed to go as far as possible just short of the lake which encroaches on the right side of the fairway. The green is set into a plateau perched some four metres above the fairway level and demands accuracy and perfect distance.

HOLE 16 PAR3 INDEX8

h12

This hole serves as a good start to a nice round of golf. There isn't too much trouble with the opening drive as it plays downhill leading to a relatively flat landing area. However, be cautious of the fairway bunker on the left and be extra careful with the approach shot to the rather smallish green.

HOLE 17 PAR5 INDEX16

h12

With a distance of 430 metres, this is undeniably a short par-five, giving hope to make up a stroke or two. Those attempting to get home in two will need to flirt with the fairway bunkers from the tee and avoid the pond on the right with their second shot. Success in doing these should present a perfect chance to score an eagle with the flat stick.

HOLE 18 PAR4 INDEX6

h12

The tee-shot has to be long and accurate to set-up a medium iron approach shot from the right side of the fairway, which unfortunately is guarded by heavy mounding and hollows. The green is heavily bunkered on both flanks with some interesting contours to test the putting nerves. A perfect finishing hole.
